Apply For Customer Success Manager
You will be responsible for understanding our customer’s operations, and assisting them with our analytic tools. Your position maintains our customer relationships through all stages of analytic tool usage, from completing implementation, to monitoring for successful usage, to coaching to maximize the value our customers receive from our product. You will be both a consultant and a coach to our customers.
Objectives of this Role:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients as a trusted advisor, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and usage data
- Represent AnalyticKit in a professional manner
Required skills and qualifications:
- Highly organized and productive project manager
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust to shifting priorities
- High computer/software literacy and ability to learn new technologies
- Strong writing and content-creating abilities (Can create useful and interesting articles about our products)
- Experience using Excel for data collection and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel to customer sites as required (generally for training)
Desirable skills and qualifications:
- Web data analytics experience
- Experience working with US and Europe (GDPR) privacy standards
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Management, etc.)
- At least 2-years of client-facing experience. (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.)
